THE PRESENT PERFECT SUBJUNCTIVE

The present perfect subjunctive is used in the same kinds of dependent clauses as the present subjunctive. It is used to indicate that the action in the dependent clause happened before the action in the main clause.

You should still be following the same rules: the subjects in each clause should differ, the verb in the dependent clause should always be in the subjunctive, and the verb in the main clause should indicate Need, Emotion, Exaggeration, Demand, Supposing; Preference or possibility, Asking Wishing, or Seeming (remember NEEDS PAWS).

To form the present perfect subjunctive, simply take "Haber" in the present subjunctive, and add your past participle:

Haber to have
Haya hayamos
Hayas hayáis
Haya hayan
